Please review and understand these art guidelines and disclaimers to ensure an easy and satisfactory customization process before placing an order for our digitally printed products. If your artwork does not follow our recommended guidelines, we cannot guarantee the quality of the final printed product.
Art Upload file formats:
-Upload PNG, JPG, or SVG files
-Upload the highest resolution art file available.
–If you have a vector file (.ai, .pdf, or .eps) that is not a .svg: Place your order online and type: “use vector art” in the imprint area. Email your vector art file to: artwork@begreennapkins.com and reference your order number.
-Vector: All images embedded

Art Quality
Please make sure you are uploading high-resolution images when customizing your product. Review your design for text placement, layout, color, and quality of the images. What you see on the screen is what we will be printing on the product. We are not responsible for the customer’s supplied artwork, spelling, or wrong placement of the text. Art that produces an unsatisfactory imprint will be returned to you for an art revision.

Details
Our digital print technology does an excellent job holding small and fine details. The smallest details might fill in or drop off at press. This tendency varies from imprint-to-imprint and item-to-item and will be assessed on a per-imprint and per-item basis. If your art is not producing a satisfactory print, we will contact you.
Font sizes
Different font types and sizes will print differently on smooth or textured surfaces. Please see the examples below of font styles and sizes printed on both non-embossed and embossed napkins.
PMS Match
Exact PMS color matching cannot be guaranteed with digital imprints. Metallic inks are not available. Ink will print as matte on absorbent surfaces such as napkins and may print more muted than it appears on your screen.
Digital Printing Color Variations
Due to variations in monitors and printing processes, colors on digitally printed napkins may appear slightly different from what is seen on-screen or in printed proofs.
Napkin Color
Recycled paper napkin stock will vary slightly in degree of whiteness and brightness from lot to lot and some lots may appear to be a brighter shade of white then others. This is normal and is not considered a defect or quality issue.
QR Codes
QR codes should be at least 1” x 1” in size, although different devices will scan and read QR codes differently. Vector art files and dark ink colors with a light or white background is recommended on white napkins and coasters. Each QR code order will be tested before printing entire order.
Copyright and Trademark
You the customer assumes responsibility for obtaining any necessary permissions or licenses for copyrighted or trademarked materials. Ensure that you have the legal right to use any logos, images, or designs submitted for printing. Making use of third-party images or infringing somebody else’s rights is unlawful.
Quality Assurance
Our digital printing provides the most progressive, vivid, and finely detailed custom imprint available. Our printed products are inspected for quality before shipping to ensure customer satisfaction. Please be sure to follow our art guidelines. Is there a quality issue?
